The ‘Quadro’ challenges the expectations of the traditional timber loft ladder. It features the latest innovations to provide excellent thermal performance and an airtight seal, combined with attractive styling and a high-quality finish. What is more, the Quadro is made-to-measure, so helping to avoid troublesome ceiling modifications.

Made-to-measure

Buildings come in all shapes and sizes. Therefore, standard-size loft ladders won’t be suitable for all projects. As such, the Quadro has been designed to meet the need for a made-to-measure timber loft ladder. Suitable for floor-to-ceiling heights up to 3.44m, and for openings starting from 1m x 0.53m, the Quadro is suitable for a very wide range of applications.

Latest technology

The Quadro features a traditional folding wooden loft ladder, but that does not mean it is old fashioned! Instead, the hatch incorporates a multi-point latching system that offers an airtight seal. This is combined with a high-level of insulation that achieves a U value of 0.77 W/m²K. As a result, the Quadro helps to keep in the warmth, stop cold draughts and reduce energy costs. The Quadro also benefits from a load rating of 150kg per tread and is manufactured to BS/EN 14975 to ensure safe access to lofts. Anti-slip wide treads and handrail further enhance both safety and comfort.
